We are currently seeking to add a Full-time Seasonal Dozer Operator to our team. Applicant must have 2 years experience as a dozer operator, CSTS, Ground Disturbance, and a thorough understanding of construction site safety practices. A valid Class 5 driver’s license and your own means of transportation is required.

Title: Dozer Operator
Location: Edmonton, AB
Position Type: Full-time Seasonal
Reporting To: Foreman
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner to meet production deadlines
- Perform pre-trip and walk around inspections prior to operating
- Operate dozer on surfaces to raise and lower terrain as specified by supervisor- ditching, sloping, levelling, ripping, clean up support; soil, rock and debris
- Confidently operate dozer in close proximity to ground personnel and existing utilities
- Demonstrate an understanding of grades; experience cutting, and digging to grade
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, reporting and logging any maintenance requirements
- Daily fluid checks and track cleaning
- Follow direction from supervisor
- Follow all health and safety policies and conduct trench work that follows all OH&S requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a dozer operator
- CSTS, ground disturbance
- Must pass a drug/alcohol screening
- Must have own means of transportation
- Valid class 5 driver’s license
- Thorough understanding of construction site safety practices
- Able to work overtime and weekends

HEAVY DUTY MECHANIC
We are currently seeking to add a Permanent Full-time Heavy Duty Mechanic to our team in the Edmonton area. Applicant must have their HET Certificate (2nd Year, 3rd Year, 4th Year, Journeyman), a valid Class 5 driving license with a clean driver’s abstract, and be able to supply their own tools. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and overtime when required. Air brakes ticket an asset.

Title: Heavy Duty Mechanic

Reporting To: Shop Mechanic Supervisor
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Maintain and Repair equipment in a timely manner to provide proper functionality and availability. Including but not limited to: Excavators (80-1250), Bulldozers (D61-D375), Track Loaders (963-973), Graders (160H-16M), Motor Scrapers (627-657), Loaders (WA380), Rock Trucks (30 & 40 ton) Packers (110-836), Tractors, Light Plants
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment with the understanding and interpretation of schematics
- Conduct performance and quality checks
- Component rebuilds, overhauls, planned and unplanned maintenance
- Follow direction from supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness in working areas
- Follow health and safety policies
Qualifications & Skills:
- HET Certificate (2nd Year, 3rd Year, 4th Year, Journeyman)
- Off Road experience
- Must supply your own tools
- Valid class 5 License with clean abstract, air brakes ticket an asset

PIPE LAYER
We are currently seeking to add a Full-time Seasonal Pipe Layer to our team. Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a pipelayer or pipelayer’s helper, the ability to read and understand construction blueprint’s and specs, and high attention to detail and problem solving. A valid Class 5 driver’s license and your own means of transportation is required.

Title: Pipe Layer
Location: Edmonton, AB
Position Type: Full-time Seasonal
Reporting To: Underground Foreman
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Carry out site foreman’s directions safely throughout daily operations
- Installation / and or Repairs of waterlines, sewer, storm and catch basins, valves and hydrants, etc.- as per specific specs
- Inspection of pipe, materials, and tools prior to use
- Ability to direct excavator operator in excavating to correct trench elevations
- Monitor backfill of pipe bedding to ensure proper pipe support
- Check pipe grade for conformance to requirements, using levels, lasers or batter boards
- Train, mentor and motivate junior crew members
- Perform other duties as required
- Understand and follow direction from supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness in working areas
- Follow health and safety policies
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a pipelayer or pipelayer’s helper
- High attention to detail and problem solving

- Operate rubber tire loader to prep site for services, loading and unloading of materials, manage materials throughout jobsite in a safe manner, other duties as required
- Confidently operate rubber tire loader in close proximity to ground personnel, existing utilities, and other obstructions without impacting job production
- Operate rubber tire loader to move soil, rocks and debris
- Demonstrate an understanding of grades; experience cutting, and digging to grade
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and report/log any maintenance requirements

- Follow all health and safety policies and conduct trench work that follows all OH&S requirements

Applicant must have experience diagnosing and repairing small gas and diesel engines, as well as electrical driven tools, supply their own tools, and have a valid Class 5 driving license with a clean driver’s abstract. Responsibilities & Duties:
- Inspect, test, and repair a wide variety of small mechanical equipment; including, but not limited to pumps, generators, saws, drills, plate tampers, jumping jacks, frost fighters, and light plants
- Diagnose and troubleshoot
- Perform schedule maintenance on small tools and equipment
- Conduct performance and quality checks
- Prepare written quotes/estimates including parts required
- Follow direction from supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness in working areas
- Perform other duties as required

Qualifications & Skills:
