Responsibilities & Duties:

• Delivering required materials to designations in a timely manner
•  Pre-plan routes
•  Proper tie-down of materials being transported
• Load, unload, and prep of materials
• Tow behind of hitch trailer, cement mixer, light plant, pump, etc.
• Daily housekeeping / Maintaining shop areas
•  Inventory control
• Assisting other departments
• Record keeping of materials being delivered
• Upkeep of vehicle cleanliness
• Perform daily Pre-Trip inspections

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience towing trailers is required
• Knowledge of city driving
• Class 5 driving license with clean driver’s abstract

• Water & sewer knowledge is an asset
• Minimum 2 years driving experience

• Monitor backfill of pipe bedding to ensure proper pipe support
